AMBITO LLC (back then known as Modulor C.A.) was founded in 1990 in Caracas, Venezuela by Principal Yoel Flores. Upon arriving to the United States, AMBITO LLC opened in 2006. AMBITO’s purpose has always been to provide high quality professional design, construction and engineering services, feasibility studies, project management, contract administration, and construction.

At AMBITO LLC, we’re proud to be a full-service luxury design-build firm — but that doesn’t mean our clients are locked into the entire process with us from start to finish. While we specialize in managing projects seamlessly from concept to completion, we also collaborate regularly with outside architects, builders, and developers. We’re just as comfortable stepping in as the builder for an already-designed home as we are creating custom architectural plans that another contractor will bring to life. INITIAL CONSULTATION
The initial meeting clarifies expectations between client and our team. We discuss the client's vision, present our services, and encourage dialogue about goals, preferences, and budget, and outlining next steps.

DESIGN PHASE
The design phase is a collaboration between the client and our team. We create concepts that align with preferences and regulations, providing options for feedback. Once finalized, drawings and specs are prepared for permit.
3.
PERMITTING PHASE
The permitting phase occurs once we submit all drawings and documents to the City. During this time, we answer to comments and begin working with the client to plan for the budget and construction steps.
4.
CONSTRUCTION PHASE
The fun part and the one you will most enjoy! We will build according to the approved design and continue to have ongoing oversight until final completion and give you the key!
