The initial meeting clarifies expectations between client and our team. We discuss the client's vision, present our services, and encourage dialogue about goals, preferences, and budget, and outlining next steps.

DESIGN PHASE

The design phase is a collaboration between the client and our team. We create concepts that align with preferences and regulations, providing options for feedback. Once finalized, drawings and specs are prepared for permit.

3.

PERMITTING PHASE

The permitting phase occurs once we submit all drawings and documents to the City. During this time, we answer to comments and begin working with the client to plan for the budget and construction steps.

4.

CONSTRUCTION PHASE

The fun part and the one you will most enjoy! We will build according to the approved design and continue to have ongoing oversight until final completion and give you the key!

Our team manages the entire permitting process, coordinates with engineers and consultants, and prepares the job site with precision. 4. SHELL CONSTRUCTION

For clients who already have architectural plans from us or are working with a separate designer but need a trusted builder to execute the core structure, AMBITO LLC offers shell construction services. We specialize in building strong, code-compliant concrete shells that form the foundation of luxury residential architecture in South Florida. From foundation to roof slab, our team ensures every pour, tie beam, and block is completed with precision, accuracy, and control. We understand the importance of a flawless shell — it’s the structural framework that supports everything else. Whether you're building new or adding to an existing structure, we deliver solid results with speed, safety, and engineering discipline. We love working with the shell, that’s actually one of the reasons people love us. We like it so much and we’re do good at it that we often times offer a fixed cost.
