On a regular plot of 12,755 square feet, adjacent to the Florida canals, the house is developed, a compact volume that combines a game of solids and transparencies. Two volumes connected by a bridge are proposed, between which an elongated space at double height and in the form of a corridor, ends in a larger one where the social areas are located, contained by large windows whose transparency integrates the pool area and as a backdrop. bottom of the water channel.
AMBITO LLC was hired on this project to do a remodeling and renovation of the existing designed property by Venezuelan architect Enrique Feldman. The house was built over 10 years ago (in 2010), and the current client wanted to update some of the materials as well as touch up on all painting of the house and update lighting.
